Liberia experience her first COVID – 19 case 16 th March 2020, a national response was set up to prevent
the spread of the virus.
We were just about to commerce our activities at the schools when this was announced and after a
while schools had to be closed with fear that the virus would spread rapidly if the schools were to
remain open.
Considering how infection spread and the importance of helping in the County the board of the as an
organization approved the following: Selection of teens in Bomi to carry out the activities, Community
awareness, Production and distribution of nose mask, Posting stickers in and around the community,
Production and distribution of hand soap and paper towels.
